Account data, pseudonymized BLE proximity tokens, anonymous usage statistics, technical logs and essential cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Service delivery, security, prevention of unauthorized access, requested customer support and marketing only after explicit consent.

4. Retention

BLE events and proximity logs are kept for 30 days. Account data remains until voluntary deletion.

5. User rights

Request access, rectification, portability or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and trackers

We use technical cookies for authentication and cart. Anonymous analytics cookies activate only after banner consent.

7. Transfers and security

Data is not sold. We use TLS tunnels, AES-256 server-side encryption and regular key rotation.
